This notice explains the processing of personal data when visiting the personal portfolio on avelletti.de, including its German and English pages. Linked websites have their own privacy notices.

2. Website delivery and hosting
Website requests involve necessary connection and request data, including your IP address, request time, requested resource and technically transmitted browser information. This is needed to deliver the website, establish a secure connection and resolve technical issues. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is operating this portfolio securely and reliably.
The website runs on an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure server in the Frankfurt region, Germany. Oracle and infrastructure or security providers involved in delivery may receive technically necessary data. Regular HTTP access logging is not enabled on the serving web server. There is no visitor database or behavioural analytics.
Connection data is processed for the duration of transmission. Where data needs to be stored to investigate specific errors or security incidents, retention depends on what is necessary for the investigation and on legal retention requirements. The infrastructure may additionally process technical operational data under the hosting provider’s terms.
Oracle is an international provider. A German server location does not by itself exclude processing by affiliates or service providers outside the EEA. Details about recipients, operational data and transfers are described in the Oracle Services Privacy Policy and Oracle Cloud Services terms. Information about recipients and transfers applicable to this portfolio can be requested using the contact details above.
3. Cookies, analytics and local resources
This portfolio does not use cookies or store information in Local Storage or Session Storage. It does not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts. Fonts, images and stylesheets are served locally. No Google Fonts or third-party social media content are embedded. Language selection uses ordinary links and is not stored in your browser.
4. Email contact
If you email me, I process your email address, message and any information you voluntarily provide to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is communicating with people who contact me. The mailbox under ame.velletti.de is provided through IONOS. The email provider and any relevant technical providers process data to deliver and store your message.
Messages are deleted when the enquiry is complete and there is no reason to retain them or legal retention requirement. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry. This website has no contact form.
5. External links
Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, other social networks, blog articles and project websites do not load those providers’ content during a normal visit to this portfolio. Opening a link takes you outside this website, where the destination provider may process data under its own terms. This portfolio’s referrer policy prevents it from sending the originating URL to the destination.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future (Article 7(3)). This website currently does not request consent for tracking or similar functions.
Right to object: You may object under Article 21 GDPR to processing based on Article 6(1)(f), on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You may also complain to a data protection authority under Article 77 GDPR, particularly where you habitually reside, work or believe an infringement occurred. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision supervises private controllers in Bavaria.
7. Voluntary information and automated decisions
Providing information by email is voluntary. Without contact details I may be unable to reply. Connection data is technically necessary to retrieve the website. This portfolio does not carry out profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
